J. Lo eats a lot of protein, according to Romero, including egg whites, white flesh turkey, chicken breast, grass-fed beef, and fish. She does, however, consume meat just 3 to 4 times per week.
J. Lo's favourite vegetables, according to Romero, are kale, broccoli, and spinach. However, she avoids vegetables like carrots and corn, which are high in naturally occurring sugar, according to him.

"I know Jennifer doesn't like salmon, so whenever I cook salmon for the [table], I usually make a sea bass, halibut, or cod for Jennifer since she doesn't like the texture or flavour of salmon."
