Another new Cold Brew has graced the Starbucks’ menu! This one is for the non-dairy group/almondmilk lovers. The Honey Almondmilk Cold Brew has just three components: Cold Brew coffee, a touch honey to sweeten it up, and almondmilk.
How is it?
First thing to note: once I got this, there was a clear separation of the Cold Brew and therefore the almondmilk. In fact, these separated layers stayed that way until I had about 25% left. I’ve found that to be true once I add Starbucks almondmilk to other coffees – the almondmilk just doesn’t mix within the way a sweet cream or dairy milk does.
But on to the flavor! The honey taste was strong initially sip, during a good way . I enjoyed it as a pleasant change of pace from the standard syrups or sauces i exploit to sweeten my Cold Brews. It went down smooth and still kept it’s flavor after the drink sits a short time . you’ll ask my co-workers – I’m known for milking (or almondmilking… see what I did there?) an iced drink for several hours. Two hours later, the honey flavor was still there once I finished.
Honey Almond Milk Cold Brew has taken my Starbucks order by storm. it’s the right summer drink. it’s all about the coffee with just slightly of creaminess from the almond milk and mild sweetness and flavor from the honey. Mmmmmm.
Since I can’t attend Starbucks daily, this easy reception version has been a treat! It tastes a bit like the SB version but I can make it in 2 minutes each morning without leaving my house!

Anything else you would like to know?
As for its sweetness, you’re really getting a bang for your buck within the amount of sugars. A grande has only 10 grams of total sugars, albeit it seems like more.
And it packs a pleasant caffeine punch, because the Cold Brews usually do. After having this as my morning beverage, I even skipped a day coffee run with my co-workers… something I usually NEVER do. I felt satisfied by both caffeine content and taste.
Conclusion:
The Honey Almondmilk Cold Brew was good and a pleasant change of pace, but I won’t likely increase my usual rotation because it wasn’t anything super special. If you wish almondmilk, though, this is often a pleasant drink that pairs well with honey.
